San Ramon Family Dental Reviews

This is my first visit with them, and I decided to change for another dentist immediately! They charge me much more than my insurance covered. For the deep cleaning, they asked my copay for $500! Then I confirmed it with my insurance company, they said no cost!!! And for the filling part, the dentist said my copay will be for $160, while my insurance company said no cost to $75!!! I clearly described my insurance price I ever read online, and also said I could print it out to show them. But they said their system shows that number! They didn't need to see it. But I can ask my insurance company to contact them. Then I asked to see their system price showing myself, they refused! Why?! Don't waste time with them! This is my first time to write a review online, because I am so disappointed and so sad with them.
